    Highlander Triathlon is dedicated to helping people participate in the best sport in the world: Triathlon.  Whether you are a beginner who has never raced before, or a seasoned veteran, Highlander Triathlon coaching services will develop your full potential.


   Highlander Triathlon offers individual consultations, intensive weekend clinics, and longer term individual coaching.  For a detailed listing of services, click on the SERVICES tab.


Training Plans   

    All training plans begin with a face to face meeting to determine the goals and objectives of each athlete.  Training plans vary in price depending on the amount of one-on-one coaching desired.  There are three levels of training plan: E-coaching, Personal Coaching, and the combined training plan with personal coaching.


E-coaching

    Those who already have good technique and are just interested in being given periodized monthly workouts to follow for training purposes may chose this option.  No one-on-one coaching is involved. $100 per month with an initial $50 start-up fee.


Personal Coaching

    $55 per hour long session.  Consists of one-on-one instruction and critique for most effective and efficient sport skill performance and knowledge.  Single or multi-sport monthly plan is NOT included. 


Coaching/Training Plan

    Combinations of E-coaching and personal coaching sessions can be agreed upon based on the individual needs of the athlete in question.  The $100 per month for the E-coaching is the base fee with rates for one-on-one sessions based on the number and length of sessions requested.


Consultations

    Some people do not require an entire season long training plan. For  these people I offer consultation sessions.  These can be simple one-on-one sessions about technique, training plans, nutrition, etc.  I can also give presentations to larger groups on the same topics.  Prices vary based on the depth and nature of the information sought.


Clinics

    I periodically host technique clinics for 10-30 people.  There are three levels of clinics offered; novice, intermediate, and advancedNovice clinics cover the absolute basics for first timers or for people who need to improve simple technique issues.  Intermediate level clinics are for those who have raced a few times and are ready to start concentrating on their place of finish instead of just finishing.  Finally, the advanced clinics are for those who are looking for an edge with their training.  We do actual workouts with an angle towards teaching triathletes new ways to train.
